Shipping Policy

• In most cases, orders will be shipped from Illinois facilities directly from the manufacturer within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. This processing time is in addition to any delivery times (ie. 2 Day Air will take 1-2 business days for processing, and 2 business days for delivery).  Otherwise, it will be shipped from our warehouse in California.

• Please note that the orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or federal holidays. Weekend or holiday delivery are not offered.

Shipping within the United States
Includes Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, and US Military (APO/FPO)

• Standard Shipping within the United States is through by Fedex or UPS and it takes 2 to 7 business days  for delivery.
• Expedited delivery services (2 day service) is available at extra $25.00 per item.
• Please use the "Estimate Shipping Costs" tool in the Shopping Cart to estimate your delivery costs.

International Shipping

• We offer multiple shipping options for international destinations, including:
  • Fedex (UPS) Worldwide Expedited
  • Fedex (UPS)  Worldwide Express
• Rates will vary depending on the order contents and destination. Please use the "Estimate Shipping Costs" tool in the Shopping Cart to estimate your delivery costs.
• Import related fees, including customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, and import fees ("Import Fees"), may be levied by the destination country, and are not included in the provided shipping & handling rates. The receiver is responsible for all such Import Fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. All additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we are unable to predict the Import Fees for a specific shipment. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
• All customs forms will be accurately marked with the item description and sale price. Sorry, we are unable to change the value of an item or mark the item as a "gift".
• We do not ship to the following destinations at this time:
  Afghanistan, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma, Cambodia, Congo, Cuba, Gabon, Georgia, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Liberia, Mali, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Russian Federation, Sudan, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela
