2. Refund Policy
For Richway proudcts, the manufacturer, Richway Fuji Bio Science, offers a full refund for 7 days from the receipt date. After 8 days and up to 14 days of receipt, you are able to return the product for a 70% refund or exchange. After 15 days and up to 30 days of receipt, you are able to return the product for a 50% refund or exchange. After 31 days, there are no options for a refund or exchange.
3. Repair Policy
For Richway products, the manufacture (Richway Fuji Bio Science) offers a limited repair for 30 years. The manufacturer will pick up the product, repair it, and send it back to the customer at no charge up to 2 months from the date of delivery
2 months to 1 year, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to manufacturer in Hawaii, but the repair fee is 100% free. Richway Fuji Bio Science will cover the cost of shipping back to the customer. From 1-3 years, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the manufacturer in Hawaii and for the repair fees below. You must be the original buyer of the product to be able to call for warranty service and be able to ship the product out (if necessary). After 3 years, the repair will be done with certain cost and the shipping charge both ways will be the customer's responsibility.
4. Shipping
All the orders for Richway products will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the manufacturer's warehouse in Illinois. The processing time is still 3-7 business days even for expedited shipping (2 day shipping) option. Please note that FedEx and UPS are closed on federal holidays and do not work on Sundays. We offer International shipping by UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, and FedEx International. Rates will vary depending on the order contents (weight) and destination. Import related fees, including custom duties, brokerage fees, import taxes and import fees may be levied by the destination country and are not included in the provided shipping and handling rates. Most custom taxes are 10-20% of the carriage value. All additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Custom policies vary widely from country to country and we are unable to predict the import fees for a specific shipment. Please contact your local customs office for more information. All custom forms will be accurately marked with the item description and sale price. We apologize but we are unable to change the value of an item or mark the item as a "gift". 5. Is the Richway mat covered by the insurance company?
It depends on your insurance company. Since biomats are 510K approved for pain and stress relief by FDA, most PIP (Personal Insurance Protection), Workcom and Flexible Medical ( Flexible Spending Accounts) cover it. Here is the information of the mat the insurance company needs to know: 510K No: K072534, HCPCS Code: E0221, FDA Medical Device Est. Number: 2954299, Non-Participating Provider Number: 22852-8. Here are how to claim :1. Have your doctor write a prescription recommending one of our products. Please specify item name and size. If your doctor is not aware of far infrared ray and negative ion technology, provide Richway Biomat literature. 2. Give the prescription to your distributor (us) for a Medical Receipt from Fuji Bio Science. 3. Submit the Medical Receipt, Doctor's Prescription, and Health Insurance Claim Forms to your insurance company. Keep copies of all documents and follow up with your insurance company regarding the approval status. 4.. If approved, the insurance company will send you a check payable to Fuji Bio Science, Inc. If the check is made payable to both you and Fuji Bio Science, Inc., please endorse the check and forward it to Fuji Bio Science, Inc. The check must reference the RI Number, so please contact your distributor for the RI number. 5 After Fuji Bio Science receives the check, the order will be processed and products will be shipped to you.
